Mickaël, our head bartender, embarked on a month-long journey in Asia: 3 weeks in Japan and 1 week in South Korea to explore the most prestigious establishments. From the KI NO BI distillery in Kyoto to the legendary Zest in Seoul, this journey culminated in an exceptional guest event at Kian.
